Maria C. Cavallo, Esq. joined Griffin, Coogan, Sulzer & Horgan, P.C. in March, 2016. She has more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Banking Law, representing lending institutions, sellers and purchasers of residential and commercial real estate. Ms. Cavallo handles numerous transactions with various types of financing, as well as contract negotiation, document preparation, title examination and client contact.

In addition, Ms. Cavallo handles many of our residential and commercial bank closings and cooperative apartment transfers.
